Elinor Kapp's new book

Elinor Kapp (my mother) has a new book out: Rigmaroles & Ragamuffins. It is a fascinating and amusing look at English words that derive from textiles - a life-long passion of hers.

I have delayed blogging about it until I had the (long promised) web site up. The book is currently available from the publisher, or from her directly, but will soon be available on Amazon (you heard it here first).

You can definately play Portal (The First Slice), but it also gave me HL2: Deathmatch, Peggle Extreme, and HL2: Lost Coast. I possibly get the HL2 games because I already have HL2 and HL2: E1.

My birthday isn't even until tommorow :-)
